I officially reached my goal for this challenge. Yay! Today is my double eating out day, so I'm not sure if I will be logging or not. I'm starting a week-long macro-conscious diet break tomorrow, so I will probably treat today as a cheat day.

Hope everyone is doing ok! :)

Goals for today

1) Choose wisely while eating out (probably some grilled chicken for lunch, and fish ceviche for dinner)
2) Exercise: done!
3) Hydration
4) Plan my diet break week: calorie goals and macros, food, exercise, etc.

Have a good weekend everyone, and happy Valentine's day for those who celebrate it.

    Congrats! I was within .2, but fluctuated back up this morning (I didn't sleep much last night, which might have been part of it--work stress). Got my fingers crossed for it to go down again over the weekend.

    I'm going to take today as mostly an off day, which isn't what my goals would have been if I'd posted, but it was kind of a crazy day and I am going to have a busy weekend, so...

    Remaining goals:

    (1) Go to grocery store (woohoo!)
    (2) Do some kind of exercise (yoga-based for a challenge if possible)
    (3) Get some sleep!

    Over the weekend, I want to plan food for the week ahead, and try to make all my planned workouts. No tempting Valentine plans for me, but have fun for all who do have such plans!
