    today my husband and I did 30 ( we are beginers and going in easy because we have a workout regime that consist of upper body and lower body strenght training with aerobics). We are middleagers just getting back:sad: :bigsmile:

    closer to 200 for me today as i had a fitness class today! felt the burn when i was done and i have a feeling that ill be sore tomorrow!
