    Two years ago, I hated mountain climbers just like I hate burpees. Now I don't hate mountain climbers. Almost all HITT have one or the other or both in them. We do a version in Tabata that the instructor calls enthusiastic but I've also heard them called strict.

    Cliiiimmmbbb eeeevery mountainnnnn... forgee eeeeverryyy streeaaammmm.... oh wait, you mean do mountain climbers. Well, Most Awesome Instructor last night made sure we did these as part of our boot camp class turned WarriorCupcakeBlydnsr mini training hour (Super Trainer is on vacay and couldn't find a substitute for Combat so the alternative was another instructor teaching boot camp.... I was the only one who showed up)
