February is half done....
Regardless of how the first half went, let's focus on green....one day at a time!

    I did almost an hour of walking/jogging. If my knee wasn't bothering me today, I certainly could have jogged more than I walked. I'm planning to get a new pair of running shoes before the weekend is up. I'm praying that will help.

    I haven't actually exceeded my calorie goal in months, but I knew I would be going to a special restaurant (Sat. night) to celebrate a friend's birthday. I enjoyed the entire day and the dessert.

    I was celebrating another birthday today, but I planned to eat w/in my calorie range, and guess what? I still had a good time. I did some strength training and a little cardio workout today.
