My fitbit won't stay synched with mfp. When I disconnect and reconnect it erases past history!

    Mine wouldn't sync so I just disconnected it and I'll log manually.

    Contact customer support at both MFP & Fitbit.

    I've tried everything customer support recommended, but my HR CHarge will not sync.

    I had trouble with my Flex doing the same thing. I ended up deleting both apps and restarting now I don't have any problems.
