What's your challenge for the day?

What do you plan on working on today to change your life style? I plan on eating healthier and less empty calories , drinking more water and planning out what I'll be eating/ doing for the month.

  • Hello, I hope you guys don't mind me joining in this group. I'm new and just looking to make new friends to exchange support and motivation. My current action plan is to eat less possessed/ junk food and exercise regularly.Hope to hear from all you soon
