Back on MFP

Hi Everyone! I'm back on MFP. Never left New Direction, just went over to LoseIT for tracking for a bit. I'm at 40lbs lost and still struggling to hit that 50lb mark. I'm REALLY struggling with "keeping my hand out of the cookie jar" per se.

I'm going to transition to the Low Calorie Diet program at my hospital, which is 3 shakes + 1 meal. I have my monthly doctors meeting tomorrow to talk about it.

I'm really excited to start "legally" eating real food again. I am cheating with bad cheat food way too often while still mentally saying i'm "Sticking with the program". By concentrating on making ONE Meal a day a healthy satisfying one, I'll be able to stick with shakes the rest of the day. At least that's how I am playing it in my head.

    I just started New Direction and looked around MFP for a support group in addition to the in person group at the hospital.

    How are things going for you dan_IRL?
