Wow can you believe we're 2 months in????

225 mins (4hr 15) from...
  • 5 days with 45 mins each minimum (3hr 45)
  • The other 30 mins wherever

BONUS CHALLENGES - EVERY DAY
  • 20 squats
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 pushups
  • 15 lunges (each side)
  • 15 crunches

From Thur 19th Feb through Wed 25th Feb inclusive.

    still hoping for company.... maybe next round we introduce a parallel beginners/restarters/reconvalescents version of the challenge?

    I was sick for about a week and a half.
