Good Morning!!

Don't forget to weigh in today if you haven't already done so.

Also a very Happy Chinese New Year!! It's the year of the goat (or sheep depending on your preferred translation).

My husband is half Chinese, so we celebrate this every year. It involves a lot of food! I actually pre-logged tonight's dinner before I went to bed last night so that I can plan the rest of my day around it. I don't generally pre-log, so that's a win for me!

Goals for today:
1. stay within calories (basically execute my already planned out day!)
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2 mile run & strength

Good morning everyone and Happy Chinese New Year!!!
Yesterday's workout really kicked my b**! Calories were a bit low for my taste but I was at the gym for 4 hours so I didn't get to eat...I did however drink one gallon of water :)
Today, I will be resting like a daisy in the sun :)
    Have a fabulous day everyone!!!

I've actually thought about it (bored I guess). If we want to do another 100 days to 2016 challenge with it ending on New Years Eve like we did last year, that one would have to start in late September. I was thinking that it would be good to do something that spans the Memorial Day to Labor Day gap (it's a little more than 100 days between those two) and call it "100 Days of Summer" or something.

But, its really up to @balancedwalker‌ since these challenges are his creations. (Meaning, this was just a thought and I won't have hurt feelings if you go another direction.)

    Good morning all.
Met all my goals yesterday. Upped my weight on some of my lifts yesterday, not pretty on the last rep but it will get there. Only did 3 sets of 5 because of the increased weights. I did contact the gym yesterday to see if I can get a trainer for the lifting just to make sure I have correct form before continuing much longer. Want to break any bad habits I might have.
    Todays goals:
    eat within calories
    morning workout - complete
    lots of water
    cardio
Tomorrow I am off to the mountains to go skiing on Saturday! :D

Morning, everyone! It's ridiculously cold here, so everything feels much harder than normal. However, I am getting back to normal eating after my intentional splurge on Tuesday and semi-fast on Ash Wednesday and looking forward to that.

Also plan to (1) get in some cardio, (2) make a yoga class, and (3) stay off the caffeine.

I also have some work to finish and errands to run, as I'm preparing for a week's vacation next week (hooray!).

Well, as expected I gained weight. Thankfully, It was only 2 oz. I am happy about that. Hoping that as it gets closer to spring my walking can pick up. The only goal I have today is to get my steps.

I just want to say I think this is a great idea. I know i am new to the group, but I really love it. I have been wondering what we are going to do once the 100 days are over.

Yesterday was good. I hit all my goals, even if I didn't do it in the order I wanted to.
    Goals today:
    1. Stay under calories
    2. Water water water!
    3. Exercise, probably basketball.
    4. Work on eating more protein
    5. 10,000 steps

    Good luck everyone!
