Hello,
I've been doing SL 5x5 for 6 months though had a 2 month break in there due to some injury due to bad squat form. I've corrected my squat form and doing pretty good, I think. I'm new to the group and finally tracking my food/macros with IIFYM numbers to hopefully get better fuel and a bit of weight loss. Hoping to make some friends!
PS. I hate rows. Sometimes OHP. Okay, I hate OHP too.

Welcome! I can't decide if I hate rows or just don't know how to do them! Probably both!0

I don't mind OHPs but not sure about deadlifts or if I'm doing them correctly.0

Just watched a video and I was doing it incorrectly. Hmm. Back to the drawing board!!!0

Deadlift and the pendlay row took me the longest to figure out with the row actually being more of a nuisance as I didn't do the touch to the ground for several weeks. I had to go ask for a trainer to help me with deadlift because the initial training session we hadn't gotten to do that one. And even then it was a struggle because the gym doesn't have bumper plates so we were doing the fixed bars which sit much lower on the ground. She didn't discuss options like stacking plates to gain height. Now, deadlift is one of my favorites, since I figured out how to do them. OHP is only a nemesis because it's hard to increase weight on in general.
Oh and... Welcome everyone!0
