Happy Friday!!
We're charging towards the half way point in this challenge. I can't believe how quickly the first 40 days went by!
I hit my goals yesterday. I was even able to fit a piece of cake in there after all the Chinese food. I weighed in this morning and lost another 0.8lbs on the scale. For some reason I seem to have a big drop the day after our milestone days (or maybe it just feels that way)!
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. swim & strength training

Balancedwalker you are awesome! I can't wait to keep this challenge going!
I met all my goals yesterday. I ate a few exercise calories but I was ok with that. I'm not sure if I drank all my water though.
Goals for today:
1. 10,000 steps
2. Water
3. Rest day!
4. Stay under calories
Good luck everyone!!0 -
It's a great morning on our group today:)
I'm super exited about Blancedwalker's announcement!!!! Yay for our awesome group that keeps going!!!!
Yesterday I was sick, I'm still a little under the weather today. Calorie wise I did quite bad... Go figure, I actually lost 0.2 lb since yesterday:)
For today I have a busy day, but I'm going to the gym and see what I can do to make myself feel better!!!! Being strong always takes away the weakness of being sick
Have a fabulous day everyone!!!0 -

Awesome we can do this.0 -
Happy to see more sequels for 2015, we have a nice little group here.
I have just checked into my hotel in beautiful Lake Louise. Tomorrow a day of skiing. Had a good workout this morning, have 10,000 steps in so far and will go for a swim and hot tub this evening...ahhh bliss.
Calories waay over already, will be all weekend. But I am ok with that. I always eat more when away and the skiing and fresh mountain air makes me ravenous.
Have a great Friday night all.0
