my first reboot/juice/smoothie plan was a 3 day (which I highly recommend to everyone).
it is simple fast and very easy.... and the weight falls off.
I accomplished that very easy....I figured if I want this I will complete it 100%. no if and or buts.
that was easy and I lost 7 pounds (I am gathering about 2 lbs per day on first reboot.)
then I waited a week to make sure that is what I wanted ... to shake out my body.
Also want to make a plan for the first 5 days of the 10 day fast ( which I am so happy I did)
as of this writing I am on day 4 of a 10 day (reboot/juice/smoothie) it is working for me.
I wish i drank more pure water... I am trying. but the coconut water/juice seems to be more available. I have currently lost 15 pounds in basically 4 days. I am working hard at the gym also and I am female. so it can be done. I do not expect this much weight lost to continue... when i started this I only wanted to lose 20 lbs. I think 10 more is max....
but i know weight loss slows down when you have only a little more to lose.
so I am excited everyday in my reboot. I am calling this a reboot because I have followed REBOOTWITHJOE.com seriously. it works..... looking so forward to my 10th day.
I am outside the house almost al day everyday. so i need smoothies to go .
I need to figure out what is the best container to put my smoothies in. I like the pulp the juicer makes... it keep me full and in some cases (apple...) the skin is very good for me.
lastly I adore kale and ginger with any other veggie and fruit. 80/20

I haven't been on mfp much lately and just saw this thread. How did the reboot go?
I like to add habanero to my juices sometimes. You don't need much. I mean like one pepper for a pitcher of juice to start off with or else it may be painful to drink. Ironically enough if you overdo it green peppers work really well for watering juices down.0
