Gaining 1lbs of lean mass a week while losing bodyfat

Hi just finish my 4th week of heavy weight training, and making almost 1lbs of lean mass gain a week with 1lbs loss of body fat using IF and weight training. Check out my blog for picture and video diary:

I think your math is fuzzy. According to your blog it says you gained .59 lbs in 4 weeks.
That's not even remotely close to 1 lb a week.
It does seem to be working for you though, so carry on and great work!
But claiming to gain 1lbs of muscle a week while losing fat doesn't seem to jive with what your results actually are.0
