I've been using fitness blender for a while now, but I don't know where to go from here. Any suggestions/ favorite workouts? All I have is my body and a few dumbbells.

I wish myfitnesspal and fitness blender would team up because I love the videos, you can pick and choose so you don't get bored. Under strength in myfitnesspal, it doesn't have videos, it just relates to sets/reps/weight. Sure would be nice. hint....hint...0

Yeah, I wish we can just type in the name of the video. At least fitness blender shows an estimate of the calories burned. I don't know how accurate that is.0

The calories aren't accurate for me. I generally burn half of what they say, but then again everyone burns cals different. I use it for cardio and weights but do go running as well. I like how the strength videos can be really good if you have the weights to do it. We bought an Olympic weight set but I use it for these vids.0

The calorie burns vary for me. I use a heart rate monitor, so I know my actual burn. Most of the time I am in the lower range of what they estimate.
I got lucky last year when a friend moved and gave me a bunch of dumbbells and a bench. I bought a barbell set at Dick's over a year ago. A few months ago I was donating at Goodwill and noticed someone before me had donated a whole bunch of dumbbells and barbell set. I stalked them until they sold them to me - I got LOTS of weights for $25! I couldn't have bought one of those dumbbells for that price.0 -

How have you been using Fitness Blender? Do you do random workouts or are you following a program? I used to just do random, whatever sounded good that day, workouts, but then I decided to invest in one of their programs. It really changed the way I workout. I refuse to join a gym, but I was ok paying $6.99 for an eight week program. You can do the program over and over again. I think you can use FB no matter what level you are at or what equipment you have - use what you've got!0 -

I agree! I just created my own Fitness Blender category and put all my workouts under that whether they are strength or cardio.0 -
I'm pretty sure there are strength options under the cardio category here?0
