Good morning everyone!!!
It's another great day to be here!!!!
Yesterday I was unusually good for a Saturday... I was feeling a little hungry in the afternoon and when I got to logging my dinner I realized I still had over 1000 calories left so I did my best to fill up the tank
... That won't happen again anytime soon!
For today my plan is to eat lots, do my pull-ups training, drink lots and lots of water!!!!
Must give a special shout out to Kenda who is on vacation and still logging. Talk about awesomeness!!! Kenda, I hope you're enjoying your vacation!!!

Yesterday I didn't log anything. Today is a new day and I have started out with my 205 calorie breakfast. Hoping that I can continue logging as good as I logged breakfast. I have changed my activity level as I have not been as active the last couple of months.When winter is over I will change my activity level to reflex the change. I live about 1/2 hour away from any gyms, so I don't belong to one. But right now I am not motivated to exercise. I do watch what I eat. But when spring gets here I will be out biking and walking. So will be doing better then.0

I had a big challenge yesterday, In my neighborhood every year we hold what is called a progressive dinner. This year was our 13th year. You start at one house for Appts, then break off to 2 houses for dinner, then followed by one more house for desserts. Dinner was at my house and 3 neighbors brought all the food. All i have to do is clean and set the table. Hugh challenge, i couldn't control what was being served. I reached out to the ladies making the dinner and asked for that the salad not be premixed with the dressing and that dinner if they could cook 4 oz pc of chicken plain. I was so happy they did it for me. Today the scale showed 1 pound loss. I was so happy that i was able to control myself last night through Appts, Dinner and Desserts, and that the hard work paid off.0
