How to correctly upload exercise onto Fitbit?

can somebody give a newbie a detailed step by step on how to add a workout.

Let say I'm doing 25 minutes of T25 Beta Cardio. What should I do? Should I tap the unit at any point and where exactly do I need to input the figures? Also do I have to calculate calories expenditure for the workout myself or will the Fitbit do that?

    No need to log any step-based activity, since Fitbit is tracking it for you. Non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) can be logged either in Fitbit or in MFP.

    Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time, so I never log in MFP. It'll take trial & error to find which you prefer.
