Good Morning! I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend!

I hit my goals this weekend. It was a weird mix with having a party to go to and my training plan changing (one ended, the new one began). Just have to go with the flow.

My goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2.5 mile run

On vacation this week, so I'm not logging. Goals for today are:

    1) Get lots of exercise (biking, so that shouldn't be hard, but my general mindset is to take advantage of all opportunities to do fun and active stuff).

    2) Enjoy the food without feeling like that means I need to go overboard.

    3) Take this opportunity to relax and catch up on sleep (that means go to bed at a reasonable hour, since this morning I'm up really early/didn't sleep great due to jet lag).

    4) Also, keep my MFP streak alive! (that should be accomplished for the day)

Good morning! Had a fantastic weekend away except ate way too much and the scales reflect it today. However, back to reality today, so back to good food choices and regular exercise routine.
    Todays goals:
    stay within calorie limits
    Drink water
    Butt challenge - done
    Burpee challenge - done
    30 mins of exercise

    Happy Monday all!

Day 3 of being sick. I am finally starting to feel better and have my usual appetite back. For some reason I was craving sugar all weekend. I also got hardly any steps this weekend because I was doing nothing but laying on my couch.

    Goals today:
    1. Rest
    2. Drink plenty of water
    3. Get back to usual meals
    4. Go to bed early
    5. Maybe some light exercise if I am feeling up to it.

    Good luck everyone!!
