Syncing issues with iPhone 5S

My Fitbit syncing with my iPhone is very touch and go, sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't. No syncing issues with my iPad Air 2, so I don't think it's a Fitbit issue. Any suggestions on what to do with my phone? Everything is updated software wise.

Delete the app & reinstall it.0

Delete the app off your ipad and iphone and then just reinstall it on only one of your devices. That worked for me anyway. I found you can't have it syncing across two devices.0

Still having issues with my iPhone. Looks like I'll just use my iPad from now on. Bummer.0
