My apologies for the delay in getting this up. My work hours have been all over the place so I am lacking in sleep!

THIS IS THE LAST WEEK!!! Therefore, Week 4 results MUST be in by Saturday, February 28th at midnight. I promise there will be a post up :-)

    2/26 - rode 16 miles this morning. I HAD TO!! I've missed riding. I'm afraid I won't make my goal this month. My town has had a main water break and no water. We are in a state of emergency. So now I have to figure out how to clean up from sweating. I miss the simple pleasures of running water! :(

    :'( Feb is gone - I only was able to ride 12.06 miles. March will - hopefully - be different. Working on my training plan now!
