How This Challenge Works

This isn't a challenge with any winners or losers. This is a challenge where you set your own goal, keep track of your own progress and dictate on whether or not you will succeed or fall short (I want to see everyone SUCCEED!).

So set your goal of how many fitness minutes you want to smash this month, keep track (either in here, on your phone, or in a notebook), and check with us every few days to let us know how your doing. At the end of the month, report back on whether or not you kicked butt, or fell short. We wanna hear you either way! But mostly, I want to see you follow through.
