Macro distribution adjustments

Hi everyone, I set my macro distribution myself on MFP instead of the recommended settings. So I have 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat. I notice that the FB adjustment also increases these numbers of course and now I am having a hard time eating all the protein and fats. Do you think I should set it to the recommended defaults and leave as is for better weight loss and management of my macros or is it okay to not meet those numbers all the time? Thanks for your help.

Unless you have liver or money problems eating that much protein, it's not bad for you, just overkill after a certain point.

I'd suggest just memorize or make the gram amount be a nice even number for protein and fat, and as calorie increase happens, you know the grams you are trying to reach, or calorie level perhaps.

You will not reach the displayed goals then since the % are maintained, but you know you reached the desired goal.
