looking forward to next 2 days of rest from pushups... I'm also doing JM's killer abs along with the crunch and the arm challenge and my whole upper body is sore :bigsmile: I'm loving the pain, but I feel like my body is starting to breakdown so 2 days rest is just what I need...

I think that you should at least try to do 1 or 2 more push-ups everyday. You can't really expect change when you do the same thing.

did about 250 today, 70 this morning, 56 of which were back to back then the rest at fit camp tonight! gonna do 150 tomorrow and 175 the next day so i can not have to worry about them over the weekend!!!!0
