Good morning!
I mostly hit my goals yesterday. I did eat some m&ms that I didn't track, but in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal.
Today is the third day in a row at the same exact weight. I'm not usually this consistent. My weight generally fluctuates up and down. It just feels weird to step on the scale and see the same number keep popping up.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2 mile run & strength

Good morning everyone!!!
SingRunTing I see your dilemma... In all this time it hardly happens that I have the same weight 2,3 days in a row.you're doing great!!!
Yesterday was such a good day, and training felt amazing!!! Weight wise, I gained a poundand I'm proud of it because I just proved that I care more about what I can do than what I weight. Last Saturday I started taking a supplement to aid in strenght and muscle recovery. Side effects include 1-3 lb of extra water weight. I was so happy to see it working!!!
Today is rest day before a really busy Friday. Water, protein, sleep and fun!
Have a fabulous day everyone!!!!0 -
Hi all. Still feeling under the weather and took today off. Hoping to get to the gym tonight for a workout. Just feeling sluggish and hungry today.
But it's just a blip on the screen in the big picture.
Danelutza I also find I gain when I lift. And I have been holding steady at the scale too when I want to see a drop but it will come when I get moving and eating on track again. Just have to be patient.0 -
That's right Kenda, the only weight that matters is the one hanging from the ends of my barbell !!!0
