Today I'll stay with my calorie goal, do some yard work tonight, and then get a hike or a ride in before dark.0

Today I was supposed to do Day 10 on the 30 DS level 3 and my usual cardio routine but unfortunately, I have a really bad sore throat and burning fever so I guess I'll have to go for a walk if I feel better in the afternoon. By the way, I did have a WeightWatchers mini carrot cake slice.0

Such a beautiful day here!! So bike to work and back, then finish up the yard & shed tonight to surprise my husband when he come back!! Oh and take the dogs out0

Yesterday I did a lot of gardening (fun!) and a fair amount of walking. Today the weather is rainy, so I'll do squats & lunges. Made big batch of chili (fiber!) yesterday. Planning chicken tacos for dinner today. Haven't been closely monitoring my water intake the past couple days, so I'm going to make sure i get in at least 6-8 glasses.0
