I'm a little disappointed that I'm not 1/2 way but I know I can reach my goal by easter. I know why my progress has slowed (eating out!!!) So enough of that! Staying on the wagon from here on out!

Thought I'd do better this month, since I dropped pretty much all of this (and a couple extra lbs) in the first half of the month, but I've been sick and plateaued for the second half. Oh well, progress is still progress!0 -
Really happy so far, 9lbs lost since the challenge started. I definitely wont hit 20lbs by easter but anything is good! Really good work everyone. Good luck for the last stretch!0

Can we start this challenge again with a new goal date once Easter is here and gone? I like the spreadsheet...0

As of this morning I have joined the 10% club. Per the spreadsheet, a couple are already there and a few more are close. (Above, Rebekah appears to be there as well--congrats!)
Hoping to squeeze a few more 3 lb-loss weeks out. In the inevitable July 4th challenge I'm gonna have to dial it down to 2 lb /week.
Outrageous success to all,

So I've only lost 4 pounds throughout this challenge. And for the past 4 weeks I've been stuck at 168. I was in another plateau, at 170, for about 5 or 6 weeks then got down to 168 and now I'm stuck again. I exercise 5-6 days a week, cardio and I use weights. I stay within my calories 6 days a week. Saturdays I might go over by a few hundred. I drink a lot of water. Not sure what else to do.0

Zumba I'm at the SAME spot, its frustrating but I can see the changes in my shape, even if the pounds aren't coming off yet. I've been between 168-170 since the beginning of february. Keep it up I can tell I'll get through it soon! So will you!0

I read this thing online about water weight and be stuck at a plateau. It says you could weigh yourself for several weeks and be the same. Then you eat a lot one day or you just all of a sudden lose the weight all at one time because of retention. They say try to stay away from sodium to see if that could help you get rid of the retention. That could be your plateau problem.0

^^^ Sounds like Lyle McDonald and his "whoosh" theory. I find that to be totally how I lose weight. I'll often even go up 3-5 lbs for a week or 2 when I'm stressed or hormonal and suddenly one day wake up much lighter and will lose several pounds over the course of the day if I stop to weigh myself. I think my record was over 10 lbs that came off over a couple of days.
