Good Morning everyone!!!
What a beautiful Saturday we have on our hands here! It's sunny

Yesterday was an amazing day when it comes to training and protein and water but seriously I need to get more organized when it comes to carbs. I'm extremely happy to report my tummy doesn't hurt anymore
it's been a week since I started supplementing with Creatine and for the last 5 days I had some serious discomfort in my abdomen. Of course I was silly at first, thinking I'm just nervous and have butterflies, but later I realized something was really not working and I did some research. I experimented a little ( so nice and nerdy) and mixed my Creatine with the protein shake and voilà: no more discomfort or pain !!!! Hurray!!!
Today, we are right before the halfway mark of this challenge and by the looks of it, many of us are still here and doing great. I'm really proud of everyone !!! It's a rollercoaster ride, with ups and downs and by the end, we will all have something to show for it!!! Hang tight !!!

I have been stuck it seems like forever, but I finally can record a one pound loss! I adjusted my calorie intake down and bumped up my exercise.... I start getting on a roll and then WHEW what a week!
Sticking good on the calories and even enjoyed 1/2 of a small thickburger... and 6 French fries. lol Yep. Then I ate a salad. *sigh* But that half burger was da bomb! I haven't been able to spin at all this week. I don't know what the heck I did or even how I did it... but I fired up my good o' piri formus. UGH! I got in with the chiro and he said it's not skeletal... so I'm glad I made an appt with the GP. Can a sister get a MRI over here???? lol
The PT untangled the piri formus which dropped my left leg down so now my legs are the same length... and now all of a sudden whatever muscles hook the thigh bone to the hip bone.. (latore?) needs to be checked out. If it's not one thing it's another, ya know?
But on the bright side.... I am getting back to spinning first thing on Monday! I may have to go back to the stationary bike.. but as long as I'm moving, I'm okay with it! Can't wait for the pool to open so I can get my aqua aerobics on! I lost a pound! Progess!

Congrats on the 1 lb loss coopscoopc!
I was doing great but February has not been good to me. Too many special things going on and I added 3 lbs which I lose and gain repeatedly this month. But it's all part of the process so I can share your frustration. But great job to sticking to it. (*)
Today's goals exercise wise have been met got a good workout in this morning so now off to donate blood and then the rest of the day just concentrate on my eating.

Hit my goals yesterday! I don't have much time today, but figured I'd do a quick check in. Always in awe of all of you who are able to get onto the forums on the weekends!
