non exercise:
no desserts! no sweets! You can do this for a week, you really can! (this includes dessert beverages like egg nog and such)

We had the wrestling banquet last night and I did good. No desserts and I brought my own water!0

Okay, so I had a little sliver of birthday cake at the party but therwise did really well on the no sweets.0
