I think I am going to deload this month and work on perfecting form. I have no lift-based goals because of this.
So my goals are to continue logging everything, and to lose another 4 lbs this month. That will take me out of the overweight BMI range.
Well, my deload went well. My form has definitely improved, and I have surpassed all my previous weights, except for OHP, which I am still really struggling with.
I have not missed a day logging yet, which is way past my previous streak. I am over 90 days now, and I don't think I ever made it past 32 before. I am happy with my consistency. I even tried to log my BFF's birthday, with lots of crappy food and adult beverages. It came in over 3000 calories! All data is good data.
I only lost 3 lbs this month, not 4, so boo to that, but I wasn't very compliant with my calorie goal and cancelled a couple workouts and practices, so I know why. Still going in the right direction, which is good!
