Down to 180!

For the first time in about 16 years, I am at 180. At almost 9 weeks post op, I couldn't be more pleased. Went to buy new jeans and the size I thought I needed was too big! So exciting! My husband, who is naturally fit, says I have inspired him to get more exercise and eat healthy. I am working so hard at this and learning so much, but the results are astounding. I want to thank all of you who have been so supportive and helpful with the advice. I really appreciate you all. Have a great day!

Awesome! Its great being in smaller clothes and seeing the scale move. Sometimes however its and even better feeling knowing that you have motivated someone else to be healthier as well. So happy for you and your hubby!0
