Good morning everyone!!!!
We are at the halfway point in the group journey!!! No better time to reevaluate our goals and progress. We are all moving forward at our own pace and now we have 50 days of accomplishments to ponder on.
Congratulations to all that are here!!!
Yesterday was a somewhat lazy day for me and today will hopefully be the same
water, protein, better sleep

Good morning, it's a beautiful sunny morning but chilly here in Alberta. Will be a fairly laid back day, errands and whatnot, but plan to get a work out in later today. Make meal plans for the week ahead to stay on track. Excited to say that I only work 4 day week this month and off to Mexico the end of the month, 3 lbs to go...need motivation and focus.
Looking forward to good things and new challenges in March.0 -

Posting a little late today, but it is better than not at all like yesterday.
Hitting this 50 day mark, I feel like it is time for reflection and reassessment of goals for the next 50 days. These first 50 days have definitely been a learning curve that was "unsuccessful" weight loss wise but I have learned so much about my own tendencies, better ways of doing things, and have remained more active thanks to this group. With all these new tools, I know I will make the next 50 days a success.
Goals for today:
1. Finish homework/study.
2. Not eat any of the brownies I'm making later.
3. Measure myself.
4. Drink enough water.
5. I want to exercise, but it will probably be a rest day.0 -
I'm just finishing a vacation (no ability to weigh in 'til Tuesday morning, as I always weigh in first thing), but my guess is I've maintained. Good thing is I'm feeling refreshed to get back to the diet, which I was needing a break from. Goals will begin again tomorrow or Tuesday.0
