removing tiles

So I'm trying to remove the food plan tile but I don't have a 'remove tile' option also I'd like to delete the plan completely how can I do that? I've sure it in the past but don't remember how

Mouse over the food plan tile, click on the gear that shows in the lower left of the tile, click on the trash can on the upper right of the reversed tile.

That will get rid of the tile, but I don't know how to delete the plan completely (unless that does it).
