Hi, I'm Emmy. I'm 18 (high school senior) and made the switch from vegetarian (~9 years) to vegan as a New Year's resolution. I'm trying to maintain my weight, which hasn't been easy for me because of medication side-effects and the leftovers of an eating disorder. I'm looking for some support, and maybe ideas for how much, exactly, I should be eating. XO
