This past week I have been so unmotivated. I must not be going too far off-track, though, because I'm still losing weight. But starting today (Monday), my goal is to get back on track. If I can lose about a pound per 10-day cycle, then I will be at my final goal weight!

Went to a friend's house, and it's always so hard to track calories, so I gave up on it. But, I had small portions and didn't eat much else for the rest of the day, so I should have been at least close to my calorie range.0 -
