Definitely not new here, need some support

Hey guys! My name is Amanda and I've been using MFP for about 3 years (jeez, I couldn't have worded that more like an AA introduction if I tried :stuck_out_tongue: ) Anyway, I realized that I have a problem staying consistent with my weight loss and I recently got diagnosed with a depression that is onset by acute stressors. This means that when something happens in life that's a small thing (ie, sucky work environment, trouble with friends/family, finals week, etc) I get depressed and lose motivation.

My therapist is currently helping me through this process but I am looking for more support on MFP. I know quite a bit about losing weight (I've lost 43 lbs thus far) I just need somebody to be there to really support me and understand what I'm going through. Ideally, I'd like to lose about 45-50lbs more, hopefully by this time next year if I can stay on track.

Any takers?
