Fitbit Calories they seem high? I did about 60mins walking, at the end of the day it was showing as 10,869 steps & 32 floors walked. This came up as calorie ‘adjustment’ 488 burned? This seems a bit high to me. The message what came up & I do not understand is:
You're using Fitbit to measure your actual activity level throughout the day.

To accurately reflect any extra calories you're burning, we use this data to adjust your daily MyFitnessPal calorie goal.
This is how we calculate your calorie adjustment:
Fitbit Calories Burned 2977
MyFitnessPal Calories Burned 2489
Fitbit Calorie Adjustment 488

Is this true calorie burned? Or is breathing/sleeping etc been taken into account?
Thanks for any advice given
