Any favorite resources for OHP form? I am certain I have seen some links bandied around but I don't even know what threads those were in =|
At a form check yesterday my OHP form got like... a D. So I have to tighten this up somehow.

(wow, that nerd fitness link the gal has her wrists bent way back at the top with her grip. That would murder my wrists!)

I love the bearded quad guy. I like watching his beard flap when he does the press. I can't remember his name but his videos are thorough and humorous.

If you've stalled on OHP how did you get over the hump, did you deload or did you add accessories to help progress?
I'm thinking of adding OHP as an accessory, possibly do higher reps...3x10 or 3x15, using warm-up weights...?0 -
i just found this on youtube, and i'ts making me sorry i already had my press day today. i like it because he actually goes into the whole thing of setting your grip.
edit: and also how shouty he gets about the impingement issue guy really takes that one seriously.
