3 Day Quick Fix

Is anyone doing the 3 Day Quick Fix? Or, should I ask, has anyone done it? I'm probably going to start Sunday. No, the renovations are not done but my husband and I talked about what I could do and we've found a perfect solution. Today my husband went food shopping and I have everything I need to eat for the 3 days.
In the meantime, I'm enjoying a glass of wine tonight while the contractor and his helpers continue to bang bang bang.
