HUNGER,SAME FOOD,SOMETIMES LEADS TO BINGES....RECENTALLY DIABETIC

I USE MY FITNESS PAL.COM TO TRACK MY FOOD.FIND IT VERY HELPFUL,BUT AM SICK OF EATING THE SAME OLD CRAP, & THEREFORE IT LEADS TO BINGE EATING........RECENTALLY TOLD OF BEING A DIABETIC & PUT ON PILLS.THIS IS WHY I AM TRYING TO WATCH WHAT I EAT.......ANY SUGGESTIONS???????

    I try to eat normal meals with the family and don't do anything special. But gig can get bags of exotic frozen veg. You can ready s sole bag for 300 calories. Sorbet instead of ice cream. Etc. Chicken breast is a good send. Coconut oil is your friend do research into it. X

    You need to find foods that you do like, that fit into your eating plan. Then repurpose them into different things, such as last night's baked chicken becomes today's chicken salad on a bed of lettuce.. Keeps the boredom at bay. Good luck to you!
