Sorry this is late! I logged it on fitbit, but not on the community! Gained .5kg (1.1lbs). No big deal! Still happy with how much energy I had that week. Also marched in the Sydney LGBT Mardi Gras (pride parade), so might have gained some muscle from all that walking. Walking 20k's in one day!

I'm late at adding my data. I gained a pound last week. I weighed 176 last week. I gained weight because I went from eatting 1600 calories and exercising 5-6 hours a week to 4 hours. I didn't adjust my calories. I only work twice a week so I consider myself more sedatary. I also had shorter work outs for cardio. I have been doing 30 days yoga challenge on YouTube. Sometimes it's less than 30 minutes. I do that once a week. I hope I don't gain anymore weight before Easter. Maybe I can get 173 lbs by Easter.0
