4 minutes of tabata (20 seconds on 10 seconds off) with 8 different combos. We did the round 4 times. Only 16 minutes of work in total but omg I was sweating and arms were red after. Plus 16 minutes of pad holding for my partner which is quite a workout in itself.
Think my arms are gonna ache in the morning

But that's a good burn/ache, right? Since changing my WOE, I'm not adapted enough yet for the heavy stuff, and weather's been crap for normal walks/workouts. This week temp is better, but we're rainy as all get out, and I don't want to come back to work with soaked shoes! At least dropping into the store most days has been getting my daily steps in...

I used to do martial arts so I do enjoy hitting *kitten* quite a lot. My arms really hurt this am, like 'please dont touch me' hurt. All good I am guessing0

LOL! I can get like hulk level angry sometimes, so hitting stuff as letting off steam? SO appealing...just have never done it. Sorry you're in "don't touch me" mode...0

To be fair because I went to work I kept using them and the pain wore off already. First half of the shift was torture tjen the muscles have in and accepted defeat lmao0

That's the way to go... It's when we sit and attempt to let them recuperate that we actually do more harm than good... :-/0
