Good morning! I hope that everyone had a great weekend!

I hit my goals this weekend, except for my steps yesterday. I was out yesterday and by the time I got home and did my workout, I was too tired to do anything more.

Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2.5 mile run

Just posted on my homepage - "My 1st “official” post-cruise weigh-in was this morning. Better than I expected. I was able to re-coup almost the entire cruise food-fest calories and reduced exercise schedule, by being extra vigilant. I am up 1 lb & that is waaay better than the “unofficial monitoring weigh-in” the day I walked off the ship. It’s also the 1st gain since 12/1/13, but still below my original loss plan. I’m going to lose a couple more lbs – knowing I will re-gain these as my body settles and I gain a bit more muscle. It’s more about size and feel than weight now…but I’m starting to flirt with just a bit more of a svelte body LOL. "

    Good morning everyone!!!!
Hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to start fresh!!!
Way to go NikonPal and SingRunTing!!!!
I ditched my protein shake for Oreos yesterday and the result wasn't pretty but I did learn that protein shake tastes better so it was a very positive experience :)
Today is back to business as usual with two training sessions. I am feeling nervous/ excited about my squats because today I'm putting the big plates on. When the two 45lb plates hang on the end of my barbell I know the training just got serious :)
    Have a fabulous day everyone!!!

    Good morning, everyone!

I'm already behind in my goals, since I didn't sleep well and then overslept and then managed to forget my lunch which I had made, ugh.

Oh well! New week, and it will be a good one. My goals are to get in some cardio (even if not my morning run) plus my evening weight session. And to stay within my calories, which has been harder than it should be lately.

Good morning! Had a good weekend and met my goals. Today is a busy day. I have a session with the trainer for lower body my deadlifts and squats, and getting my hair cut n coloured finally.
Been stuck on the scale for a few weeks I lose and then gain the same weight repeatedly. Every time I think I break through its nope there it is again. I am soooo close to my goal weight but wondering if I was a little too optimistic. I am giving it a few more weeks and if I can't move past will reset it to where I am.
    Today's goals:
    30 day challenge
    Trainer
    Stay within calories

I'm dealing with this too--been up and down around 5 lbs to go for a while. I don't think my goal is too ambitious, as I know I have fat to shed and I was that weight 10 years ago, but I do think I don't care enough about getting there right now, so am kind of trying to just focus on improving my fitness for a while and if that means more of a slow recomp, that's okay. It's more important to me to get stronger than get thinner at the moment, I know that.

Oh those Oreo's -- I loved them as a kid and haven't eaten them in years -- but when I did - it was either a whole stack or I ate the inside of a dozen or so...LOL

Hope all went well today with the squats / heavy plates!

Oh NikonPal, the squats were awesome!!! Hard but not killer, just enough to feel intense and get me pumped for my next workout :)
