Plans for the week

Hi All, Just wanted to start a discussion on you plans for the week. Do you plan on X amount of workouts, healthy eating, or other?

I'm planning on 6 workouts, eating below my calories and limiting alcohol on Saturday to maybe 3-4 drinks. Be bright as a daisy this week!

    I'm planning 6 workouts and to keep a reasonable calorie deficit. Also, on top of my regular workouts I'm aiming for 10,000 steps a day.

    Sounds great! I'm hitting the road tonight for a run and hopefully do some kettle bell swings as well.
