What are some of your favorite post-op recipes? I'm still on the full liquids stage, but here's my favorite breakfast so far:
3 ozs. Chobani Greek yogurt
4 ozs. skim milk
Mio drops (flavor of choice)
(gives you 11 gms of protein)
I just mix that together and it gives me whatever flavor yogurt smoothie I feel like having that day.
Hey, I never said I was a gourmet.
Anyway, let's get some recipes going. Make sure you label what stage they're good for so we know when we can have them.

My favorite recipe when I was on soft food stage was cottage cheese with a little bit of tomato sauce. It tasted like lasagna.
I am now 7 months post-op and eat lean proteins and vegetables. I now make lasagna with low-fat cottage cheese or low-fat ricotta, sugar free spaghetti sauce, no noodles, lean ground beef, and Italian seasonings. I don't miss the noodles at all.0 -
My favorite recipe is chicken breast with melted jack cheese, scallions and asparagus. I eat half for dinner, other half for lunch the next day.0
