Meet at Planet Fitness on Glenwood Mon, Wed, Fri, & Sun at 6:30PM for a group workout! This is strictly social and each person is free to do their own activity. But since we know success is often driven by peer support, this is a way for us all to reach our goals together.
I'll be near the hand chairs at 6:30 starting today. I'll be wearing a blue shirt and orange shorts. If you're interested in joining just look for me.
