I had the Gastric Sleeve Surgery 6 weeks ago, I am down 19 lbs and getting more active by the day.

    Good luck . keep active. I was one of the first people to "stomach staple" way back in 1990. It worked at first, I lost 100 lbs but gained it all back the second year. IF you are an emotional eater, make SURE you do the counseling. Otherwise you will find ways to put it back on!
