Eating back calories

Hi all! I have been credited almost 500 calories per day from my jawbone steps. I do at least 5 miles per day. I have not eaten any of them back and find that I am very hungry on the days that I walk more than normal. Should I be eating some of them back? My settings in MFP is set to sedentary and negative adjustments are disabled.

With negative calorie adjustments disabled, you'll never eat at a true deficit on days you burn fewer calories than your activity level. Enable them: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

Once you do that, you can eat back all your adjustments. They're the difference between your UP total burn (which is TDEE) and your MFP activity level.
