Taking my body and a little bit of my time back

Hi there fellow Moms. I am A SAHM of a 2 year old and a 10 month old. I have a a good bit of baby weight to lose. I am attempting to balance Motherhood and taking care of myself, which until now, has not been a priority. My journey is slow and steady, but I keep going even on my most trying days. I want to be the best me that I can be for myself and my family, and I want to model good, healthy habits for my children, especially my daughter. I joined the community for motivation, encouragement, and a few laughs to help push me along the way. As I struggle to find the time to make healthy meals, try very hard not to eat my children's leftovers, and sometimes exercise at ungodly hours, I wonder do others relate. What are some of your challenges?

    I have 3 kids and finishing their leftovers is something I struggle with daily, I have found outthat if try to at least walk to the mailbox instead of drive, it's a small change that will make a difference in the long haul
