Shes going to be 4. Makes me pause to think. When she was turning 3 I was at my heaviest. I was 19 stone 4 and thought I was going to die before I was 40 it made me feel so bad. Shes gonna be 4 tomorrow and I am not there yet but I'd actually be willing to be in a birthday photo this year. Maybe by the time she turns 5 I will be a mommy who can chase her around and be at my target and generally be a good role model. I'm daring to hope now

    You'll be there Lise. Keep plugging away and eventually you will hit your goals. Proud of you!!!

    I'm so happy to see all of the changes in all aspects of you. Changing our whole selves is the only way to make this new life stick! (hugs)
