    Thanks for doing this challenge.
    I am already getting more stamina and strength to do more pushups.
    The difference this time is that I actually am eating enough that gives me more energy (I eat back 50%-75% of my calories)
    I also am going to try doing pushups every other day.

    Catching up

    Day 2 - June 4
    5 Regular sets in AM 14,14,11,8,5 - 1 extra of 18 in PM
    Total for Day: 70
    Total for Challenge 105



    Day 3 - June 6
    5 Push up bar sets in AM 16,16,12,10,5
    5 Regular sets in PM 10,15,11,16,10
    4 Push up bar sets later PM 10, 10, 9, 8
    Total Day: 158
    Total for Challenge: 263
    Decided to up monthly goal to 1000 pushups

    I'm noticing more stamina too, and I'm already seeing more definition in my arms. Yay!

    I am a little slow so today although me nor my husband do as much as the challenge, I did another 30 and he did 40 because he owed me 10 fromthe other day. Again thank you for the group. It has kept me accountable and a purposeful desire to be lean and mean.:bigsmile: :wink:

    Just wanted to say that for some reason I decided to look in the mirror and flex my pecs just to see if this exercise is really working and boy is it. I am getting muscle build up and I like it. The push up challenge rocks:laugh:
