Good morning!!
I'm feeling really blessed today. I have an amazing sister who just lost weight too. She started at about the size I'm at now and is currently wearing size 2-4. So when I started losing weight she gave me a ton of clothes that didn't fit her anymore, including work clothes. What's really neat about it is that these clothes pick up right where my old "skinny" clothes that have been sitting in my closet for 8 years left off. So she saved me from having to buy new clothes for a while. And this morning she texted me to tell me that she has another batch to send my way in the next size down if I want them. Such a huge blessing!
Adding to that, there was this one dress in the first bin she gave me that I've been dying to wear. When I first went through everything, it wouldn't even zip up. I'm wearing the dress today (I'm going to post a pic later in the NSV thread)!! In fact, everything that she gave me now fits except one pair of jeans!
It's just a huge week for me with these non-scale victories. I'm wearing a smaller size than I was in high school!
I hit my goals yesterday.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2 mile run & strength training

Good morning everyone!!!
SingRunTing I'm so happy for you!!!! I know that feeling and it's the best in the world: when you can experience first hand the result of your work.
I love our group so much because of moments like this one. Sharing joy is amazing!!!
My yesterday was pretty good on all sides. Sometimes I feel like a can move mountains and lift whatever and sometimes I truly work hard to get all my reps in. Yesterday was one of those hard days
Today I'm resting but must get my pull-ups training done since I didn't do it yesterday .
Have a fabulous day everyone!!!0 -

I love the NSVs!
I made my goals yesterday and had a good eating and workout day all around, so am feeling good.
Today's are to take a rest day and to leave some room in my calories (my new plan on rest days), and to do some menu planning that will work some truly vegetarian options into my rotation (I'm doing a pescetarian thing, but that wasn't supposed to mean I'd just eat fish whenever I'd otherwise have some other sort of meat).0
